This is the Veg-Catalogue, a place for vegetarians of all kinds register in order to  know how many we are, where we are located and what type of vegetarianism we practice.

The purpose of this register is mapping the progress of vegetarianism and its branches. We not only know who we are, but also show that vegetarianism is a paradigm that begins to materialize around the world and we would like everyone had access to these data.

Despite being a minority, we are many; we are connected in a network around an ideal, which makes of vegetarianism more than one feeding habit for most of us.

However, there is much diversity in this vegetarian practice. This register also aims to map these variations, to understand what leads us to be vegetarians and how this experience is. It helps us to recognize each other in this world that still hasn’t included us completely and to make us be known among non-vegetarians.

As we know, the word vegetarian is better known and also covers a habit in relation to food, so it is used here to encompass variations of vegetarianism, but in the registration area, it is better explained, attempting to the rules of use and it is important that you know them and that you detail your vegetarianism with a wealth of data.

Allied non-vegetarians also have their place here and are also welcome even if you are still not fully vegetarian you can also sign up. This space was created for allies from some people who support our vegetarian ideal and this participation is very important because it will helps us to know how many support us.

In this register we work with variations ranging from vegan and all the allies and everyone can exploit the features provided by vegetarians even without registering. Through this search you can map and study vegetarianism from criteria or filters of your choice.

There is also a space for relationships! In the register area there is a space for those who would like to know and being known by other vegs, if they wish.

The data are confidential and moderate and some data are required, but if you want to collaborate with this project, please introduce yourself clearly and richness of details.

This is only the beginning of a larger project involving an ideal and which needs the participation and collaboration of many.

There is a silent revolution in this habit and on the network that connects us that we are germinating. If you live and eat vegetarian or vegan vegetarian, please support this revolution and join the Register-Veg!
